Female driver was speeding in her Volkswagen Beetle and crashed trying to dodge a motorcycle that crossed the road in front of her. The maneuver resulted in loss of control of her speeding car which jumped the curb, hit a pedestrian and crashed into a railing for shopping cars. Leaving her wipers on, the female driver and her your female passenger (daughter?) abandoned the vehicle and fled the accident scene.
I think the video is from Indonesia. It is a little sped up, but you can tell that she was speeding nevertheless. The motorcyclist that started the drift paused before crossing the intersection and because her car appeared to be far enough, he initiated the crossing. But because of her speed, the car approached the motorcycle too quickly. The woman gets props for trying to avoid him instead of plowing through him. Beetles are sexy machines, though.
